Step 3

Medical & Legal

Find the right surrogate for your family

Once you have found the perfect macth for your journey, surrogates complete a medical evaluation at the Intended Parents clinic. Once the doctor approves her, you will work with an attorney to create your surrogacy agreement, and then you'll be on to the next step.

All parties will have their own lawyer

Legal contract is between surrogate and Intended parent(s)

IVF and Embryo Transfer

Medical clearance and fertility coordination

Your matched surrogate undergoes a thorough medical and psychological screening. Simultaneously, we coordinate with your fertility clinic to prepare for the IVF and embryo transfer process.

Intended Parents pay for IVF/Travel

Pregnancy & Welcoming baby

Intended Parents start planning for the birth of their child

Parental rights established in advance
